Texas Kicked Up Turkey Meatloaf<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

1 1\/4 lb Extra lean ground turkey
\n1 Teaspoon Adams Kicked Up Chicken spice rub
\n1 Cup Roberts Reserve Cranberry Pomegranate Jalapeno sauce
\n1\/2 Cup pico de dallo
\n1\/4 Cup Panko bread crumbs (Japanese)
\n1 Egg<\/p>\n

Thoroughly mix turkey, spice rub, 1\/2 cup Roberts Reserve sauce and egg. Add Panko and mix until well blended.<\/p>\n

Transfer mixture into greased oven safe dish. Top with remaining 1\/2 cup Roberts Reserve Sauce.<\/p>\n

Bake in preheated, 400\u00b0F oven for 30 minutes or until fully cooked (meatloaf should reach an internal temperature of 160\u00b0F).<\/p>\n
