Texas Kicked Up Turkey Meatloaf
This meatloaf is great twist on a traditional favorite!
1 1/4 lb Extra lean ground turkey
1 Teaspoon Adams Kicked Up Chicken spice rub
1 Cup Roberts Reserve Cranberry Pomegranate Jalapeno sauce
1/2 Cup pico de dallo
1/4 Cup Panko bread crumbs (Japanese)
1 Egg
Thoroughly mix turkey, spice rub, 1/2 cup Roberts Reserve sauce and egg. Add Panko and mix until well blended.
Transfer mixture into greased oven safe dish. Top with remaining 1/2 cup Roberts Reserve Sauce.
Bake in preheated, 400°F oven for 30 minutes or until fully cooked (meatloaf should reach an internal temperature of 160°F).
Let stand 10 minutes, slice and serve.
